Wearing a mask is mandatory for our passengers and employees arriving at the terminal. Our passengers are admitted into the terminal after their temperature is taken by the Healthcare Staff at the entrance.

The process for taking the temperature is followed by the “Hygiene Mats” located at the entrance and checked on a constant basis.

Hand Disinfectant units with sensors are installed at the Entrance, Information Desk, Check-in Zone, Arrival and Departure Halls and at the WC entrances inside the terminal, and they are refilled on a constant basis

Information is provided through images in Turkish and English, clearly and distinctly indicating the social distancing rules starting right from the passenger entry point.
